What Is V Tip Hair Extension?
V Tip hair extensions are a semi-permanent hot fusion method. Each strand is made from 100% Remy human hair and Italian keratin. The hair extension top is shaped like the letter “V,” measuring less than 1cm in length and under 0.7cm in width at the tip. During production, melted keratin is evenly applied to the tip of each strand and shaped using a professional mold. Once cooled, it forms a firm, compact V-shaped tip bond that is easy to install.
The installation process is easy; just melt the keratin again to install. A stylist first places a small section of natural hair into the groove of the V tip. Then, a heating tool is used to melt the keratin. While it’s still soft, the stylist gently rolls it with their fingers to fuse the keratin and natural hair together. Once cooled, it forms a small, strong, and nearly invisible bond that stays secure and blends naturally.
