What is the return period?

You may return your order within 30 days from the date it was delivered. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply initiate the return process within this time frame.

Which items are eligible for return?

To be eligible for a return, the product must remain in its original condition. This includes intact packaging, unbroken safety seals, and tags that have not been removed. There should be no signs of misuse, damage, or tampering. If any part of the product or its packaging is altered or damaged, the item may not qualify for a return.

Which items are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged?

Final Sale items typically include any custom or made-to-order products, such as hair extensions with customized colors, lengths, or specifications. Because these items are specially created to meet individual requirements, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for them.

Is there a shipping fee for returns?

In most cases, the return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility and will be deducted from the refund amount.

If I have opened the packaging, can I still return the item?

Unfortunately, no. For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any hair products once the original packaging has been opened. This policy ensures the safety and quality of our products.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are typically processed after we have received, inspected, and confirmed that the returned items meet our return requirements. Once the refund is issued, it can take approximately 3–7 business days for the funds to appear in your original payment method.

In what condition should the products be returned?

All returned products must be in their original packaging, without any damage, deformation, or evidence of having been opened. Any signs of tampering may disqualify the item from being eligible for a return.

If I change the hair color, can I still return the product?

No. If the hair extensions have been dyed, trimmed, or used in any way, they are not eligible for return or exchange.

What should I do if my package is lost or damaged in transit?

If you did not purchase insurance, the brand typically cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during shipping. If your package is lost or damaged, please contact the shipping carrier first to file a claim. You can also reach out to us for further assistance.

Why can't hair extensions be returned once opened?

Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we cannot accept returns of hair extensions once the packaging has been opened. Once the seal is broken, we can no longer guarantee that the product has remained in its original, unused, and uncontaminated condition, which is crucial for the safety and well-being of our customers.

Are there any fees for returns?

When you pay via PayPal, PayPal charges a non-refundable transaction fee. Unfortunately, this fee is not returned to us when we process refunds, so it will be deducted from your total refund amount.
