In-stock regular items have a lower MOQ:

• We keep 40+ regular colors in stock (including solid color, piano color, tone color, mix color, etc.)
• Popular lengths 18″ / 20″ / 22″ are usually in stock
• In-stock items can start from 50g
• In-stock product types include Genius Weft, Machine Weft, Tape-in, I Tip, Flat Tip, Nano Ring, etc.

Custom items (not in stock):

• Standard custom orders: MOQ 100g
• Special color custom orders: MOQ 300g

We can provide a price list for regular in-stock items. Please contact us on WhatsApp or Email to get it. For custom orders such as special colors, special specs, or private label packaging, the price depends on your actual needs (product type, length, color, ratio, weight, quantity, in-stock or custom, shipping country, and shipping method). We will give you a one-to-one quote to make sure you get the most accurate price and lead time.

Yes. Besides USD, we can also quote in EUR, CAD, GBP, AUD, and other currencies, so you can calculate costs in your local currency.

We keep 40+ regular colors in stock for hair extensions, including popular black, brown, and blonde shades. We offer solid colors and effect colors such as piano color, tone color, mix color, ombré, and balayage, which are great for daily salon color matching and stocking.

If you need special colors (for example, a specific ombré, highlights, or a special shade), we can also do custom colors based on our color ring or your reference photos. We can provide a color ring to help you choose more accurately. Special colors usually require a higher custom MOQ, and the final MOQ will be confirmed based on your

The standard weight is different for each type of hair extension. Below are common options (Custom options are also available):

• Weft (Genius Weft / Machine Weft / Flat Weft): from 50g per pack.
• Hand-tied Weft: the weight per pack is usually made based on your install rows and coverage area, because it cannot be cut freely.
• Keratin types (I Tip / Flat Tip / U Tip / Nano Ring / Plastic Nano Ring / V Tip / Y Tip): standard is 1g per piece. We can also make 0.8g or 0.5g per piece.
• Tape-in: standard is 2.5g per piece. Smaller weights can be customized.
• Clip-in / Halo: weight and set options can be customized based on your order needs.
• Bulk Hair: commonly 100g per bundle.

Yes. We offer Free Sample for people who work in the hair extension business, such as hairstylists, salons, hair brands, and online store sellers, so you can test the quality before placing a larger order. To apply, please provide any proof that you are in the hair extension business.

Yes. We offer a hair extension Color Ring, so you can quickly choose and match shades with your clients in the salon.

In most cases, we ship samples by a more economical courier, and you will usually receive them in about 7–12 days. If you need it faster, we can ship by FedEx / DHL, but you will need to pay the sample shipping cost.

Yes. GISTAR supports private label and custom packaging. We can help you make hair extensions under your own brand, including:
1.Logo and basic design support

We can provide a first logo idea, simple layout suggestions, and basic packaging design ideas (boxes, bags, hang tags, stickers, cards, etc.).

2.Packaging options based on your brand and budget

We can suggest the right packaging structure, material, and finish based on your style and budget.

3. Sample and mass production support

We can make packaging samples for your approval, then support bulk production to keep your product and packaging looking clean and professional.

You only need to tell us your brand name, target market, and your preferred style or reference pictures. We will help move the design and sampling forward and reduce back-and-forth and trial costs.

We try to keep the MOQ as low as possible, so it is easier for you to start your own brand. The MOQ depends on the packaging type and finish. Tell us the packaging style you want, and we will recommend a more beginner-friendly option with a lower MOQ.

Our raw hair for hair extensions mainly comes from legal and compliant sources in China. We follow fair payment practices and comply with local laws and industry standards.

We also record source information and batch records for each shipment, so it can be traced and checked. This traceability is an important part of our ethical sourcing and stable quality.

Stock orders shipping time (Beijing Time):

• Orders confirmed and paid in the morning: usually ship the same day
• Orders confirmed and paid in the afternoon: usually ship the next working day
• Orders confirmed on Friday afternoon, Saturday, and Sunday: usually ship on next Monday

Estimated international transit time (working days, approx.):

• USA: 2–4 working days
• Major European countries: 3–7 working days
• South America: 3–7 working days

These are common reference ranges. Actual delivery time may vary by destination city, customs clearance, and peak shipping seasons.

For custom (non-stock) hair extension orders, the production time depends on factors like color, length ratio, and product type. It usually takes 7–22 working days.

After we confirm your request and order details, we will give you a clear estimated delivery time, so you can plan client bookings and inventory.
