How long does delivery take?
We ship by 4PX by default, with delivery usually taking 7–15 business days. If you need faster shipping, DHL or FedEx Express is available at your cost.
Are samples the same quality as full orders?
Yes. Our samples come from the same stock and follow the same quality standard as our wholesale orders.
Can individual consumers apply?
Not at this time. We only serve professional customers with wholesale pricing and long-term support.
What’s the next step if I like the samples?
Can I apply for samples more than once?
Yes. We update our sample options regularly, so you may apply again when new products become available.
Do I need to return the samples?
No. Free samples do not need to be returned.
Do you offer hair extension color rings?
Color rings are not included in the free sample program. Please contact us for pricing.
Can samples come with OEM packaging?
OEM packaging is not available for free samples. However, we can provide free design to help you see your brand design.
Can I request more than the free sample amount?
Not at this time. If you need extra samples, they are available for a small additional fee.
What proof do I need to apply?
Please share any proof that shows you are in the hair business, such as a business license, website, social media page, or salon profile.
Why do EU customers need to pay a fee if the sample is free?
The hair sample is free, but the EU no longer exempts low-value imports from customs charges. This means EU sample shipments may now incur import and handling costs, so a small contribution is required.
