Can I customize the hair color based on a photo or color ring?
Yes. A color ring, hair sample, or physical reference is the best way to achieve the closest match. Customizing from photos is also possible, but slight color differences may occur due to lighting, camera settings, screen calibration, and individual color perception. When only photos are available, we will still review them carefully and confirm the closest achievable result before production.
How long does custom hair extension production take?
Production time depends on the product type, color process, and customization details. Some custom orders can be completed in as little as 7 days, while more complex requests may take up to around 30 days. We will confirm the estimated production time before your order is placed.
What is the MOQ for custom hair extensions?
The standard MOQ for most custom hair extensions is 50g. For more complex colors, blends, or production methods, a higher MOQ may be required. In most cases, the MOQ will not exceed 300g.
Can I order a sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes. Samples are available before bulk production. Please note that custom samples follow the same production process as regular custom orders, so their lead time may also take several days or longer. If you have a launch date or appointment schedule, please allow enough time in advance.
