MOQs can vary by product line and specification. In most cases, we support a flexible mix of colors, lengths, and weights to meet the MOQ, so you can start with smaller trial orders and scale up step by step.

Yes. We offer free sample packs for professionals such as salons, stylists, brand owners, and wholesalers, so you can test the hair quality, color, and wear performance.

Each sample pack includes at least 15g of extensions, so you can compare and test in your own environment before committing to larger orders.

Yes. We offer a complete private label/branding service:
1. Free initial logo concepts, simple layout, and basic packaging design suggestions
(for example: boxes, bags, hang tags, stickers, cards, etc.)
2. Recommendations on suitable packaging structures and finishes based on your positioning and budget
3. Support with packaging samples and mass production, so the hair and the outer packaging work together under your brand

You only need to tell us your brand name, target market and preferred style. We can help handle the design side, which reduces your communication workload and trial-and-error cost.

For stock orders:
• Orders confirmed and paid in the morning (Beijing time) are usually shipped the same afternoon.
• Orders placed in the afternoon (Beijing time) are normally shipped the next working day.

• To major European countries: about 3–7 working days
• To South America: about 3–7 working days

For custom orders:

Made-to-order / non-stock items will have different production times depending on color, length ratio, and product type. Production usually takes around 7–22 working days.
